Lambros & Lambros is a father-and-son law firm in Cockeysville, Maryland, that has represented injured and disabled people in Baltimore County and throughout the Baltimore and Washington metro areas since 1987. We are a small firm by choice. When you hire us, your case is handled by a Lambros attorney — not handed off to a case manager you have never met.

J. Mitchell Lambros

Mitch Lambros has practiced in Maryland since 1985 and was admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland in 1986. He earned his B.A. and J.D. from Duke University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and the Order of the Coif. He holds Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent® rating and served as President of the Maryland Trial Lawyers’ Association (now the Maryland Association for Justice) in 2003–2004. Mitch has represented Social Security claimants at more than a thousand hearings and has litigated complex personal injury and medical malpractice cases in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania.

Michael J. Lambros

Mike Lambros began practicing law in 1960 and joined with his son to form Lambros & Lambros in 1987. His commitment to personal, neighborly client service — including the firm’s tradition of house calls — still shapes how the firm works today.

What Our Attorneys Handle

Our attorneys work only on behalf of people who have been hurt or disabled — never for insurance companies. Our practice is focused on:

How We Work With Clients

  • We make house calls. If you are too hurt or sick to travel, we will come to you.
  • We act fast. Evidence such as witness memories, trucking records and photographs of a hazard can disappear within weeks. We move quickly to preserve it.
  • We understand the medicine. Serious injury cases are won by explaining medical facts clearly. We meet with doctors, study the records and work with qualified experts.
  • We understand the physics. In crash cases, skid marks, crush damage and debris patterns can decide who was at fault. Our attorneys know accident reconstruction well enough to use a good expert and to expose a sloppy one.
  • No fee unless we recover. Injury and disability cases are handled on a contingency basis, so you do not pay attorney fees up front.
